Your headline might be the same, but it needs to be written so anyone who sees it on a site like Facebook clicks on it. People aren’t very excited by keyword driven headlines, so you’ll need to sit down and decide whether to make them different or not.

In the past you would never hear anyone talk about linking out to external sources. They were afraid they would lose all of their link juice and it was important their website was a closed book. If you look at your analytics you will see that long tail keywords drive most of the traffic to your site. Trying to rank for low-hanging fruit also has its benefits because you will move up the search engine rankings much quicker as there is less competition, so start adding them into your articles.

A keyword should only be used if it’s going to look good inside the article. Too many people are stuffing them in like their article is a giant turkey. Not only will Google know what you’re trying to do, but it will also repulse the readers of your content. From now on you should only mention the keyword a few times and you will be surprised by the results. Just remember the keyword stuffing ship has sailed and it’s not coming back.
